The costs of buying
In preparing an acquisition, it’s important to include the costs of establishing the acts. Often, the term "notary fees" are assumed to be the amount paid to the notary. While in reality, the fees include taxes related to the operation, the cost of the paperwork and the fee of the notary.

Selling a property is an important decision. How will you sell your house or apartment? Will you go via an intermediary such as a notary? The notary handles public sales, online auction (biddit.be) and one-2-one sales.
Want to know more about selling? (french only) →The videoconference
In order to reduce our ecological footprint by limiting travel, our office has access to a secure notarial network. This network makes it possible to sign deeds remotely using a videoconference system. Concretely, this means that you can sign a deed in our office in Auderghem, even if the notary receiving the deed is located elsewhere in Belgium.
The data protection
As a public officer, the Notary has to collect and to use personal data about you to be able to carry out his activities.
Personal data about you is collected directly from you, or taken from official database. The Notary has access to authentic data sources because he takes part in the public authority. This access is strictly regulated by specific legislation.
